The Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service is responsible for managing the process of admission and enrolment of students, the academic management of files, the issuing of academic certificates, the processing and custody of academic records, the processing and issuing of official university qualifications and those of the university itself, and the University's General Registry is located there.

The service will be closed from August 1 to 19 (both inclusive).

Alberto Aguilera Campus will be open to the public both in person and online outside of this period, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Cantoblanco Campus will be closed from July 25 to August 25 (both inclusive) and will provide service via telephone, email, and in person from the Alberto Aguilera Campus on July 28, 29, 30, and 31, and August 20, 21, 22, and 25.
